Hi there! My name is Evelina, and I am committed to helping you lead your best life. I believe everyone deserves to live life to its fullest and that all problems can be resolved and managed. I love helping people achieve these goals and making our world a happier and better place. We all deserve to be happy, and if it is not possible for some reason, we need to change something in our lives. We need to act on that and create the future we want. I am here to help you find emotional strength and share my knowledge to achieve your goals.

With a background in Social and Clinical Psychology, NLP, and relationship management, I specialise in navigating life challenges like communication, relationships, and mental health. My goal is to help my clients achieve their goals, develop a stronger self and provide them with tools to use in the future.

People seek my help when they need a change, are ready for it, and want to stop delaying solving problems. With my help, they can find the best path to a healthier and better life.

My approach

In my practice, I use a personalised client-centred approach to fully understand the client's goals, expectations, and areas for improvement. I use techniques such as NLP, mindfulness-based interventions, narrative techniques, and programmes and exercises I developed during my professional practice. Everyone is unique, so I will use the suitable and most effective strategies for the particular client. My mission is to help individuals sustain a better life, so I provide my clients with tools to be used on their own in the future. I often give my clients homework. It is a part of my approach because during our sessions, we aim to create a new way of behaviour or thinking, and the key to achieving it is consistent work with yourself as well. We develop your personalised plan with realistic goals. My approach includes supporting your goals from 4 different perspectives: emotions, thoughts, attitudes, and actions.

How do you know if the therapist is right for you? Experience and areas of expertise are important in choosing a specialist. However, all people communicate at the energy levels and most of our communication occurs at the subconscious level. So sometimes even the most experienced professional may not be suitable for you.

Therefore, I suggest getting to know each other first. I cannot call the first meeting a consultation since conducting a full-fledged consultation in 15-20 minutes is impossible. This is our introduction to each other. You meet me, briefly tell me about your issue, ask questions, and then decide whether working with me is right for you.
