How do I know you are the right consultant for me?For my clients' complete peace of mind, I suggest booking an initial free call. What to expect from an online consultation?Meetings are organised via Zoom or if requested, alternative video-conferencing platforms or mobile and WhatsApp calls. During the session, we will discuss your concerns and goals. I use various techniques to help you better understand yourself, your behaviours, and the underlying mechanisms. I often give “homework”, for example, to observe some of your reactions, emotions, and thoughts. Completing these will help you quickly achieve positive changes and your goals.

How long will it take to see the results? The number of sessions needed to achieve results can vary based on the issue's complexity and the individual client's goals. Some issues may be resolved quickly, while others may require more time and ongoing support. Ultimately, the duration of our work together depends on individual circumstances and the collaborative effort. We'll regularly assess progress together to ensure we're on track.
