2.2. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of our Services. Outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Accurate Disclosure: Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their personal history, including any prior psychological or psychiatric diagnoses. Please note that our practice does not provide services for severe mental health problems or clinical diagnoses.

3.2. Attendance: Clients are expected to attend sessions on time. Late arrival will result in a reduced session.

3.3. Prohibition of Recording: Recording of video calls or any session content is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in legal action, including but not limited to, seeking remedies in court.

3.4. Confidentiality Considerations: Clients must ensure a private and secure environment during sessions to maintain confidentiality.

3.5. Potential Limitations: Online therapy may have limitations in addressing certain issues, such as those requiring physical presence or specific interventions.

3.6. Stable Internet Connection: A high-speed internet connection to ensure clear audio and video communication.
​
3.7. Device Compatibility: A device capable of running the required video conferencing software (e.g., a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a webcam and microphone).

3.8. Software: Installation of the specified video conferencing software or application used by the practice.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1. Fees: The fees for our Services are outlined on our website and are subject to change at our discretion. You agree to pay the fees in full at the time of booking.

4.2. Non-Refundable: All payments for our Services are non-refundable unless specifically outlined in our Cancellation policy. By purchasing our Services, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, whether in part or in full.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a session, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will normally be processed within 5-10 business days, but this may vary due to changes in banking guidelines. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

5.2. Rescheduling: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests. You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Liability for Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangibles, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.2. Total Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6.3. Disclaimer of Warranties: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our practice assumes no liability for any disputes and is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our services.

8.3. Information Sharing: Information disclosed during sessions cannot be shared outside of the therapeutic context without explicit written consent from the other party, except as required by law.
